Chocolate and nut dessert

The amount of said ingredients is obtained 5-7 servings.
Ingredients

- 200 g of milk chocolate
- 400ml milk
- Gelatin 20 g
- 3 tsp soluble coffee
- 100-150 g of sugar
- 3 tbsp sour cream (not fat)
- 150 g of nuts (to taste)
Preparation
Gelatin in 150 ml of cold boiled water and leave for 1 hour.
Mix milk, coffee, sugar.
Put in a water bath heated to until the sugar dissolves.
Add the chocolate, stir.
Add gelatin to the heated until it dissolves.
The mass removed from the fire. Cool.
Nuts put into a blender.
Grind.
If you do not have a blender, chop the nuts with a knife.
To the cooled chocolate mass add sour cream, whip.
Add nuts and mix (some nuts can be postponed for decoration).
Mass decomposed into kremanki and refrigerate for 3-4 hours.
When serving sprinkle with nuts.
