Cupcakes chocolate

Ingredients

dough:
- 150 g butter or margarine
- 150 g sugar
- 100 ml milk
- 5 tbsp. cocoa
- 2 eggs
- 2 tsp. baking powder (or 1 teaspoon of hydrated soda)
- 200-250 g flour
cream:
- 5 tbsp thick cream (not less than 20%)
- 4 tbsp. cocoa
- 4 tbsp. sugar
- 1 tbsp butter
optional:
- pastry topping
- nuts
Preparation
Prepare the dough.
In a saucepan, mix butter, cocoa, sugar, milk.
Bring to a boil, remove from heat.
Cool.
The cooled mass add eggs, stir.
Add baking powder and flour, knead is not very thick dough.
Molds (any, I used silicone) a little grease, fill the dough 2/3.
Place in a preheated 180 degree oven, bake for 20-25 minutes.
Prepare the cream.
In a saucepan, mix the sour cream, cocoa, sugar, butter.
Bring to a boil (as soon as you see the first bubbles - remove from heat).
Cool.
On the cooled cupcakes put the cooled cream.
If desired, decorate with pastry crisps or bread nuts.
