Ingredients

  • 150 g butter or margarine
  • 100 g sugar
  • 3 eggs
  • 100 g chocolate (any taste)
  • 2 tsp. baking powder (or 1 teaspoon of hydrated soda)
  • 150-200 g flour

cream:

  • 200 g raspberries (or any berries, to taste)
  • 300 g cottage cheese (Almette, Buko, Philadelphia)
  • 1 egg
  • 50 g sugar

Preparation
