Muffins with raspberry cream and chocolate

Juicy, tender, flavorful muffins.
If you are using frozen berries, it should be defrosted and drained of all liquid.
The number of ingredients is obtained 10-12 pieces.

Ingredients

dough:
- 150 g butter or margarine
- 100 g sugar
- 3 eggs
- 100 g chocolate (any taste)
- 2 tsp. baking powder (or 1 teaspoon of hydrated soda)
- 150-200 g flour
cream:
- 200 g raspberries (or any berries, to taste)
- 300 g cottage cheese (Almette, Buko, Philadelphia)
- 1 egg
- 50 g sugar
Preparation
Prepare the dough.
Chocolate dice.
Oil to mix with sugar.
Add eggs, stir.
Add the chocolate, stir.
Add baking powder and flour, knead the dough.
Prepare the cream.
The egg and mix with sugar.
Add Almette, stir.
Add raspberries, mix gently.
Into molds to shell out the dough, fill the molds halfway.
To put the dough 2 tbsp of cream.
Place in a preheated 180 degree oven.
Bake for 30-35 minutes,
Allow to cool in the mold, then remove it.
