Chocolate cake with cherries

Chocolate and cherry is the perfect combination.
If the berries are frozen, it should be defrosted and drained all the juice.
The number of ingredients is obtained 6-8 servings.

Ingredients

- 150 g butter or margarine
- 150 g sugar
- 2 tsp. vanilla sugar
- 3 eggs
- 100 g chocolate (or 3 tbsp. cocoa powder)
- 200-250 g flour
- 2 tsp. baking powder (or 1 teaspoon of hydrated soda)
- 500 g fresh or frozen pitted cherries (or cranberries, currants, blueberries, cranberries)
Preparation
Melt the chocolate in a water bath.
Oil to mix with sugar and vanilla sugar.
Add eggs, stir.
Add the chocolate (or cocoa powder), stir.
Add berries and mix.
Add baking powder and flour, not knead the dough.
Put in a greased form (form with a diameter of about 26 cm).
Place in a preheated 180 degree oven.
Bake for 40-45 minutes.
