Portion of tiramisu with cherries and chocolate

But this recipe deserves attention. Firstly, Tiramisu served in portions, which is very convenient. Secondly, cherry gives exceptional taste dessert!
Instead, you can use any of cherry berry taste, but I highly recommend it cherry.

Ingredients

- 2 chicken eggs (9-10 or quail)
- 50g sugar
- 250g mascarpone
- 150 g biscuits Savoyardy
- 200 ml of coffee (instant or brewed)
- 200 g cherries, pitted
- 50-100 grams of chocolate
Preparation
Separate the whites from the yolks.
Yolks with sugar.
Add mascarpone and mix.
Proteins whip.
Add yolk proteins, curd, mix gently.
At the bottom of kremanok put the resulting cream.
Put cream on cherry.
Sticks dipped in cold coffee.
The sticks have to dip very fast movement, so they are not soaked.
Optionally, you can add in the coffee wine, rum, liqueur, brandy or cognac.
Put a cherry sticks.
Put the remaining cream.
Chocolate grate.
Put chocolate cream.
Refrigerate for 5-6 hours.
