Candy "Home"

The filler may be any stuffing taste. I offer 3 different toppings.
Candy can be wrapped in a nice package and give friends, family, loved ones.
The amount of said ingredients is obtained 20-30 chocolates.

Ingredients

- 100-150 g of chocolate (milk or bitter)
Easy filling:
- boiled condensed milk
- nuts (any taste)
Tiramisu filling:
- 3 tbsp Mascarpone
- 3 Savoyardy cookies (or any biscuits)
- Dried cherries
Pigeon milk filling:
- 1 egg
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 1 tbsp butter
- 50 ml of milk
- 1 tsp gelatin
Preparation
Chocolate break into pieces.
Melt in a water bath.
Pour the chocolate into small molds.
Rotating mold, chocolate spread on the walls (some chocolate left for bottoms).
Put in the freezer for 30 minutes.
Prepare the filling Bird's milk.
Gelatin in 50 ml of water, leave for the time indicated on the package.
Separate the yolk from the protein.
Yolk with sugar.
Add milk and mix.
Put this mixture in a water bath, cook until thick.
Cool.
Add butter and mix.
Gelatin, bring to a boil, but do not boil.
Cool to room temperature.
Add it to the yolk mass and mix.
Protein shake up.
Add yolk mass, mix gently.
Prepare the filling Tiramisu.
Savoiardi break into small pieces.
Mix the mascarpone and Savoyardy (I did not add sugar because Savoyardy quite sweet).
In the molds with chocolate lay boiled condensed milk.
Add nut.
Following put stuffing Tiramisu.
Add cherries.
Put the stuffing bird's milk.
Fill all the molds.
On the weight pour chocolate, smooth, put in the freezer for 5-6 hours.
