Ingredients

dough:
- 3 eggs
- Sugar 150 g
- 150 g flour
Cream:
- 250 grams of cream 33-35%
- 250g mascarpone cheese
- Sugar 150 g
also:
- stewed cherries or cherry
- 100 g of chocolate
Preparation
Beat eggs with sugar (whisking for 5-7 minutes).
