Puff pastry baskets with cream of mascarpone, mango and fruit

Ingredients

- 250-300 g puff pastry (leavened or unleavened)
cream:
- 200 g mascarpone (or Almette, Philadelphia)
- mango (ripe)
- 250 ml cream 33-35%
- 100-150 grams of sugar
also:
- any fruits and berries (I have grapes, strawberries, starfruit)
Preparation
Roll out the dough, cut small squares, put into molds.

Place in a preheated 180 degree oven.
Bake for 15-20 minutes.
Finished baskets cool.
Prepare the cream.
Mango peel, remove the seeds, cut into small pieces.

Add mascarpone and mix gently.
Add pureed mango, stir.
