Salad baskets of "Parmesan"

I made a basket of Parmesan cheese, they turned out tender, tasty, well-kept form.
From another cheese not tried it, but I think you can experiment.
In the basket you can put any salad, but it was not very juicy. Fill baskets better before serving.
The number of ingredients is obtained about 10-15 baskets.
Ingredients

- 150 g of Parmesan cheese
salad:
- 200 g chicken breast
- 200 g pickled mushrooms (I used honey)
- 100 g onions
- 150 ml soy sauce
- mayonnaise
- salt
- pepper
- vegetable oil
for decoration:
- the tomatoes
- greens
Preparation
Prepare the salad.
Finely chop the onion.
Fillets finely chopped.
Mix fillet and onion.
Pour soy sauce.
Put into the refrigerator for 1 hour.
Then the sauce, drain the fillets to put on a greased pan.
Cook, while stirring, for 10-15 minutes.
Cool.
Mix fillet and mushrooms.
Mayonnaise.
If necessary, add salt.
Cooking baskets.
Cheese to grate.
Baking lay a baking paper.
Put 1 tablespoon of cheese in the form of a circle with a diameter of about 10-12 see
Put in the oven.
Bake at 180 degrees until Golden brown (about 5-7 minutes).
Using a wide blade to remove the circle from the paper.
Hot lap to put on an upturned glass (preferably a few glasses, so that the circles are not hardened in the pan or baking sheet with the remaining laps to keep in a warm oven).
Cool.
Remove the basket from the glass.
Fill with salad.
Decorate with half the tomatoes and herbs.
