Salad with corn and mushrooms

A rich, festive salad.
Instead, you can use chicken or turkey fillet of beef.

Ingredients

- 1 jar of corn (380 g)
- 300 grams of mushrooms
- 100 g onion
- 150 g of carrots
- 300g chicken fillet
- 2 eggs
- salt
- mayonnaise
- vegetable fat
Preparation
Boil until tender fillet (cook for about 20 minutes after boiling).
Cool.
Finely chop.
Mince the onion.
Carrots grate on medium grater.
Clean the mushrooms and cut into cubes.
In vegetable oil fry the onion.
Add carrots, lightly fry.
Add mushrooms to fry until all the liquid has evaporated (approximately 10 minutes).
Cool.
Eggs grate on medium grater.
Mix the mushrooms with onions and carrots, eggs, fillet, corn (drain the water), a little salt.
Mayonnaise.
