Salad with beans and mushrooms

Ingredients

- 150 g bean
- 300 g mushrooms
- 2 eggs
- 150 g onions
- vegetable oil
- salt
- pepper
Preparation
Soak beans in cold water for 3-4 hours.
Then boil until tender, cool.
Finely chop the onion.
Mushrooms are finely chopped.
Eggs grate on medium grater.
Vegetable oil to fry the onions.
Add the mushrooms, cook for 20-25 minutes.
Mix beans, mushrooms, eggs.
Season with salt and pepper.
Fill with vegetable oil.
