Scrambled eggs with mushrooms

The usual omelet becomes much more interesting and tastier if it is served with fried mushrooms.
I used fresh mushrooms, but you can use frozen.

Ingredients

- 4 eggs
- 200 g mushrooms
- 100 g onions
- vegetable oil
- salt
- pepper
Preparation
Onion cut into half rings.
Mushrooms are finely chopped.
Vegetable oil to fry the onions.
Add the mushrooms, salt, pepper, fry until then, until you evaporate all the liquid (about 10-15 minutes).
Separately, fry the eggs, salt and pepper.
The eggs out onto a plate, lay beside the mushrooms.
