Salmon, fried with mushrooms

Ingredients

- 500 g fillet of pink salmon
- 300 g mushrooms
- 200 g sour cream
- salt
- pepper
- vegetable fat
Preparation
Clean the mushrooms, cut into plastics.
Pink salmon cut into small pieces.
Mushrooms fry in vegetable oil.
Add the sour cream, salt and pepper and simmer for 15-20 minutes.
Separately fry pink.
Pour mushroom pink salmon with sour cream, put another 5 minutes.
