Ingredients
- 300 g mushrooms
- 3 tbsp sour cream
- 150 g onion
- vegetable fat
- salt
- pepper
Preparation
Finely chop the onion.
Mushrooms cut plastics.
In vegetable oil fry the onion.
Add the mushrooms, salt and pepper and roast for 10-15 minutes.
Add the cream and simmer for 5 minutes.
