Pork with mushrooms in a creamy cheese sauce

Ingredients

- 500 g pork
- 300 grams of mushrooms
- 500 ml of cream (10-20%)
- 200 g of cheese
- 2 tablespoons dried herbs (such as basil, oregano)
- salt
- pepper
- vegetable fat
Preparation
Pork cut into small pieces.
Clean the mushrooms, cut into small pieces.
Cheese grate.
Vegetable oil to fry pork (roast about 30 minutes).
Add the mushrooms, salt and pepper and roast for about 10 minutes.
Add cream and simmer for about 10 minutes.
Add herbs.
Add cheese.
