Pork, fried with cheese

Ingredients

- 500-700 g pork (fillet or t-bone)
- 2 eggs
- 100 g grated cheese (preferably Parmesan)
- 100 g breadcrumbs
- salt
- pepper
- vegetable oil
Preparation
Pork cut into thick slices about 1 cm
Beat eggs with salt and pepper.
Mix the grated cheese and breadcrumbs.
Pork dipped in egg.
Then roll in cheese mixture.
Fry in vegetable oil on both sides until cooked.
I cooked for 7-8 minutes on each side.
