Pork "Fragrant"

Ingredients

- 500 g pork
- 350 g apples (preferably sour)
- 200 g onions
- mustard (to taste)
- pepper
- salt
- vegetable oil
Preparation
Onion cut into half rings.
Peel the apples, remove core, cut into slices.
Onion is fried in vegetable oil.
Add the apples.
Simmer, covered for 10-15 minutes.
Pork cut into thick slices about 1 cm to beat.
Salt and pepper on both sides.
A little grease mustard, too, with two sides.
Onions and apples, remove from the pan, put the meat.
Cook until tender (about 7-8 minutes on each side).
When serving meat lay the apples and onions.
You can sprinkle with herbs.
