Ingredients

- 500 g duck legs
- 150 g onions
- 300 g apples
- 150g cranberries
- 250 g of oranges
- salt
- vegetable oil
Preparation
Onion cut into half rings.
Oranges cut into slices.
Peel the apples, remove core, cut into small pieces.
Vegetable oil to fry chicken legs on both sides until Golden brown.
