Stuffed chicken legs

Ingredients

- 5 legs
- 300 g mushrooms
- 150 g onions
- 1 egg
- breadcrumbs
- salt
- pepper
- vegetable oil
Preparation
With legs, gently remove the skin.
The bone to be cut off without damaging the skin.
Separate meat from bones.
Meat mince.
Onion mince.
Mushrooms are finely chopped.
Onion is fried in vegetable oil.
Add the mushrooms, saut for a bit.
Add ground beef, salt and pepper, cook until tender. Then cool.
The skin to fill the stuffing.
Edge to sew or wrap.
Egg whisk, roll in it legs.
Then legs and roll them in breadcrumbs.
Fry in vegetable oil on both sides until Golden brown.
