Chicken stuffed with mushrooms

Ingredients

- 1 chicken (weighing 1-1.2 kg)
- 300 g mushrooms
- 200 g onions
- 3-4 cloves of garlic
- 3 tbsp. vegetable oil
- salt
- pepper
Preparation
Onion mince.
Mushrooms are finely chopped.
Mix the onions and the mushrooms, salt and pepper.
Chicken stuff the mushrooms with the onions.
Secure with toothpicks (or sew thread).
Mix vegetable oil, squeezed through Chernogolovka garlic, salt and pepper.
Coat the chicken with oil-garlic mixture.
Put in the sleeve for baking (if sleeves no, just put on a baking sheet), place in the oven.
Bake at 180 degrees for 1.5 hours.
