Chicken stewed with mushrooms and sour cream

Ingredients

- 1 chicken (weighing about 1.5 kg)
- 300 g fresh mushrooms
- 300 g of cream (10-20%)
- vegetable fat
- salt
- pepper
Preparation
Chicken cut into pieces.
Clean the mushrooms and cut into slices.
Chicken fry in vegetable oil until golden brown.
Add the mushrooms to the chicken, salt and pepper, cook over medium heat, covered, 20 minutes.
Add sour cream and simmer, covered until tender (about 20-30 minutes).
