In the recipe you can use fillet.

Ingredients

  • 300 g onions
  • 500 g carrots
  • salt
  • pepper
  • spices to taste,

I used:

  • 1 tbsp barberry
  • 0.5 tbsp cumin
  • 0.5 tbsp turmeric

Preparation

Simmer, covered for 20-25 minutes.

Simmer, covered until tender (about 30 minutes).
Then, mix and serve.
