Pilaf with chicken (or Turkey)

In the recipe you can use fillet.

Ingredients

- 1 kg chicken or Turkey
- 1 kg of rice
- 300 g onions
- 500 g carrots
- salt
- pepper
- spices to taste,
I used:
- 1 tbsp barberry
- 0.5 tbsp cumin
- 0.5 tbsp turmeric
Preparation
Onion cut into strips.
Carrots cleaned and cut into strips.
Meat cut into small pieces.
Vegetable oil to fry the onions until Golden brown.
Add the meat, a bit of fry.
Add the carrots, simmer, covered for about 5 minutes.
Add the spices, salt and pepper.
Pour water so that it covers the meat.
Simmer, covered for 20-25 minutes.
Pour rice (stir not).

Simmer, covered until tender (about 30 minutes).
