Cabbage rolls

Cabbage cooked in this recipe out very tasty!
In the recipe you can use any meat, to taste (I used pork+beef).
The rice used round-grain, previously it was not boiled. If you use rice, steamed, it can boil.
The number of ingredients is obtained 7-10 cabbage.
Ingredients

- middle forks of cabbage
- 500 g minced meat
- 100 grams of rice

- 150 g carrots

- vegetable oil
sauce:
- 300 g sour cream
- 300 g of tomato sauce (pasta, ketchup)
- 2-3 cloves garlic (optional)
Preparation
From cabbage to remove the leaves.
In a large saucepan (3-4 liter) boil water.
In boiling water to lower leaves.
Hold up until they are soft (2-3 minutes).
Using a slotted spoon to get the sheets to cool.
Finely chop the onion.
Carrots to grate.
Add to the minced Fig.

Add the onion and carrots.
Season with salt and pepper.

On a piece of cabbage put stuffing.
Wrap the top edge.
Wrap the side edges.

Prepare the sauce.
Mix the sour cream and tomato sauce.
Add squeezed through Chernogolovka garlic.
A little salt.
To mix.
Vegetable oil to fry the cabbage with one hand.
Flip and fry on the other side.
Add the sauce.
Pour water so that it covers the cabbage.
Cover with the lid.
Simmer for 35-40 minutes.
Serve with sour cream and sauce, stewed cabbage.
