Casserole with cabbage and minced

Ingredients

- 700 g of cabbage
- 500 grams of minced meat (all to taste)
- 200 g onion
- 200 g of carrots
- 500 g of cream (10-20%)
- 200 g of crude (solid)
- salt
- pepper
- vegetable fat
Preparation
Finely chop the onion.
Carrots grate on medium grater.
Finely chopped cabbage.
In vegetable oil fry the onion.
Add beef, salt, pepper and fry for 15-20 minutes.
Vegetable oil to fry carrots.
Add cabbage, a little salt and simmer, covered until tender (about 15-20 minutes).
Cheese grate.
In a baking dish (I have a form of 20-30 cm, and a height of 5 cm) to put half of the cabbage, smooth.
Season with salt and pepper.
Lubricate the sour cream.
Then put all the stuffing, smooth.

Put the rest of the cabbage.
Lubricate the sour cream.
Sprinkle with cheese.
Put in the oven.
Bake at 180 � C for 25-30 minutes.
The finished pudding cool slightly, cut into portions.
