Ribs with savoy cabbage and mushrooms

Ribs are very lush and cabbage and mushrooms perfectly complement the flavor.
Instead, you can use savoy cabbage cabbage (it should be a little longer to cook) or Chinese cabbage.

Ingredients

- 500 grams of pork ribs (or beef, mutton)
- 300 g of savoy cabbage
- 300 grams of mushrooms
- 300 g tomatoes
- 150 g onion
- salt
- pepper
- vegetable fat
Preparation
Chop onion finely not much.
Cut ribs.
Mushrooms cut into cubes.
Dice tomatoes.
Shred cabbage.
Vegetable oil lightly fry the onion.
Add ribs.
Season with salt and pepper.
Fry for 30-35 minutes.
Add the mushrooms and fry for 10 minutes.
Add cabbage and fry for about 10 minutes.
Add the tomatoes, if desired, season with salt.
Fry for about 5 minutes.
