Cabbage pie

Ingredients

dough:
- 200ml milk
- 7 g of dry yeast (or 50 g of crude)
- 100 g of a butter or margarine
- 2 eggs
- 500 g flour
- salt
Filling:
- 1 kg of cabbage
- 150 g onion
- 2 eggs
- salt
- pepper
- vegetable fat
Preparation
In the warm milk add yeast.
Add 100 grams of flour, stir and put in a warm place (I pour a cup of warm water, put it in a bowl with dough), cover with a towel.
After 15-20 minutes Opara should rise.
Add to it oil, mix well.
Add the eggs, a little salt and mix well.
Add the flour, knead the dough.
In a warm place.
After about 30 minutes the dough should rise.
It should obmyat, and once again give up.
Prepare the filling.
Mince the onion.
Shred the cabbage into strips.
In vegetable oil fry the onion.
Add the cabbage. To extinguish until the sprouts are soft (about 20-30 minutes).
Beat eggs.
Add the eggs to the cabbage, stir and season with salt and pepper. Simmer 5 minutes.
Cool.
Divide dough into two parts.
Baking sheet (I used baking of 20-30 cm) greased or baking paper to lay.
Roll out one portion of the dough out onto a baking sheet.
Put the stuffing on the dough.
Roll out the second piece of dough, put on the toppings, zaschipnut edge.
In the middle, make an incision for the steam.
Put the pie in a preheated 180 degree oven.
Bake for 30-35 minutes.
