Ingredients

- 300ml milk
- 7 g of dry yeast (wet or 30)
- 2 tsp sugar
- 3 tbsp vegetable oil (I used olive oil)
- 1 tsp salt
- 400-450 g of flour
Preparation
Milk to heat (it should be warm but not hot).
Add yeast.
Add the sugar.
Add 100 g of flour and mix.
Cover with a towel, put in a warm place.
Opara should rise (I have it took 20 minutes).
Add vegetable oil.
Add salt.
Add the remaining flour (300-350 g), knead the dough.
Cover with a towel, put in a warm place.
The dough should rise (I have it took 30 minutes).
Form (form I used a size 23-14 and 5 cm in height) a little grease, put the dough.
Give up.
Put in a preheated 180 degree oven and bake for 35-40 minutes.
Ready bread to cool, and only then cut.
