Turkey cutlets sauted with tomatoes and cheese

Ingredients

- 500 g Turkey breast (or chicken, pork, beef)
- 150 g bread (white)
- milk
- 200 g onions
- 300 g tomatoes
- 200 g cheese
- breadcrumbs
- salt
- pepper

- herbs to taste
Preparation
Bread soaked in milk (full piece pour not necessarily, bread and so well will absorb the milk).
Fillet mince.
Onions also mince, add minced.
Add the bread (the bread a little squeeze), salt and pepper, mix well. You can add the egg, I did not add.
Tomatoes cut into slices.
Cheese to grate.
Next, I offer two options for cooking cutlets (I equally liked both).
For the first variant of the meat to form balls, roll them in bread crumbs (I used store bought bread crumbs, added sesame seeds).
In vegetable oil, fry the patties until cooked.
Fry for 5-7 minutes on each side over medium heat.
