"Nest" of minced meat

Ingredients

- 500 grams of minced meat (all to taste)
- 100 grams of bread
- 200ml milk
- 150 g onion
- 150 g of carrots
- 5 eggs
- salt
- pepper
- vegetable fat
Preparation
Mince the onion.
Carrots grate.
Soak bread in milk.
Mix the minced meat and bread (bread a little squeeze).
Add the onion, carrot, 1 egg.
Salt and pepper, mix well.
Divide the mince into 4 parts. Of each part to form a "nest", put on a baking sheet, greased.
In each "nest" break 1 egg, a little salt, put in the oven.
Bake at 180 � C for 35-40 minutes.
