Casserole with potatoes, minced meat and mushrooms

Ingredients

- 600 g potatoes
- 400 g minced meat (any taste)
- 300 g mushrooms
- 100 g onions
- 150 g of cheese
- mayonnaise
- salt
- pepper
- vegetable oil
Preparation
Finely chop the onion.
Mushrooms cut into cubes.
Vegetable oil to fry the onions.
Add the minced meat, fry for 15 minutes.
Add mushrooms, salt and pepper, cook for another 5 minutes.
Potato peel, cut into cubes or wedges.
Fry potatoes in oil until tender.
Grate the cheese on medium grater.
In a pot (or in a baking dish) put half of the meat with mushrooms.
For stuffing put the potatoes, a little salt.
Put the remaining stuffing with mushrooms.
A little grease with mayonnaise.
Sprinkle cheese.
Put in the oven.
Bake at 180 degrees until Golden brown (about 20-25 minutes).
