Potatoes fried with mushrooms

Ingredients

- 1 kg potato
- 600 grams of mushrooms
- 300 g onion
- vegetable fat
- herbs to taste
- salt
Preparation
Finely chop the onion.
Mushrooms cut into small cubes.
Potatoes cut into cubes.
In vegetable oil fry the onion.
Add the mushrooms and fry for 5-6 minutes.
Add the potatoes and fry until tender (about 20-25 minutes). Add salt to taste.
When serving, sprinkle with herbs.
