Mushroom soup

This soup is especially good with mushrooms (fresh or frozen), but you can use any mushrooms to taste.

Ingredients

- 450-500 g of fresh or frozen mushrooms (mushrooms, chanterelles, white, etc.)
- 600 g potatoes
- 150 g of carrots
- 150 g onion
- 2-3 bay leaves
- salt
- pepper
Preparation
If mushrooms are large, they need to be cut.
In boiling water (3-3.5 liters), add the mushrooms, salt and pepper, cook for 15-20 minutes.
Fresh mushrooms need to cook longer.
Finely chop the onion.
Carrots grate.
Potatoes are cleaned, cut into cubes or cubes.
Add the potatoes and cook for 7-10 minutes.
Add the onions.
And carrots.
Boil potatoes until tender.
At the end of cooking add the bay leaf (after 15 minutes it should be removed from the soup).
If necessary, dosolit.
When serving, sprinkle with herbs.
