Mushroom soup

This soup is especially good with mushrooms (fresh or frozen), but you can use any mushrooms to taste.

  • 600 g potatoes
  • 150 g of carrots
  • 150 g onion
  • 2-3 bay leaves

Preparation

Fresh mushrooms need to cook longer.
