Julienne mushrooms

Very gentle, fragrant, tasty dish.
I recommend to use white mushrooms (ideally fresh, but frozen).
Instead cocotte you can use small pots for baking.
The number of ingredients is obtained 5-6 servings.

Ingredients

- 500 g mushrooms
- 150 g onions
- 150 g of cheese
- salt
- pepper
- butter
sauce:
- 250 ml cream (10-15%) or milk
- 30 g butter
- 30 g flour
Preparation
Finely chop the onion.
Mushrooms are finely chopped.
In butter, fry the onion.
Add mushrooms, salt and pepper, cook for 30-35 minutes.
Prepare the sauce.
Melt the butter.
Add the flour, lightly fried.
Add the cream.
Heat up until the sauce begins to thicken.
Mix the mushrooms and sauce, remove from heat.
Cheese to grate.
Mushrooms with sauce to put in the mini casseroles.
Sprinkle cheese.
Put in the oven.
Bake at 180 degrees for 20-25 minutes.
