Ingredients

- 1 kg potato
- 300 grams of mushrooms
- 150 g onion
- 50-100 ml of milk
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1 egg
- breadcrumbs
- salt
- pepper
- vegetable fat
Sauce:
- 250 g sour cream
- 3 cloves of garlic
- herbs to taste
- salt
Preparation
Finely chop the onion.
Finely chop the mushrooms.
Vegetable oil lightly fry the onion.
Add the mushrooms and fry for 7-10 minutes.
Potatoes are cleaned, boiled until tender.
