Meatballs with mozzarella in tomato sauce

Delicious, juicy meatballs with surprise.
Instead of mozzarella, you can try to use any cheese that has to be cut into small pieces.
For garnish, you can cook potatoes, pasta or rice.
The number of ingredients is obtained 20-25 meatballs.

Ingredients

- 500 g chicken (or Turkey breast)
- 20-25 mini mozzarella balls
- 150 g onions
- salt
- pepper
sauce:
- 350 g tomato
- 150 g onions
- 5-7 sprigs of thyme (optional)
- 2-3 cloves of garlic
- vegetable oil
- salt
- pepper
Preparation
Fillet and onion mince.
Season with salt and pepper.
Mix well.
From stuffing to form a small laesecke.
On laesecke put the ball of mozzarella.
Sculpt defalco.
Form a little oil, put the meatballs.
Put in the oven.
Bake at 180 degrees for 15-20 minutes.
Prepare the sauce.
Finely chop the onion.
Garlic is finely chopped.
Tomatoes cut into small pieces (you can pre with tomatoes, remove the skin).
Vegetable oil to fry the onion and garlic.
Add tomatoes, simmer for 3-4 minutes.
Thyme release from sprigs, add to tomatoes.
Season with salt and pepper.
Simmer for 2-3 minutes.

Pour sauce.
Put in the oven.
Bake at 180 degrees for 10 minutes.
