Salad with poached egg, tomatoes and mozzarella

Ingredients

- 20-25 tomatoes
- 20 small balls of mozzarella
- 100 grams of green salad

Preparation
Mozzarella cut into 2 parts (if you use large beads, cut into 4-6 pieces).
Cherry tomatoes cut into two parts.
Prepare the dressing.
Mix the butter and lime juice.
Season with salt and pepper.
Mix green salad, mozzarella and cherry tomatoes.
Add the dressing and mix.
Eggs (each separately) pour into a small bowl.
In water, add salt and vinegar.
Bring to a boil.
As soon as the water boils, pour in the egg.
Cook for about 2-3 minutes.
