Salad with meat, tomatoes and eggs

Ingredients

- 300g beef fillet
- 12 cherry tomatoes (or 3 normal)
- 8 quail eggs (chicken or 2)
- lettuce
filling:
- 5 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1 tbsp 6% vinegar
- 1 tsp mustard
- 2 cloves of garlic
- salt
- pepper
Preparation
Beef boil until tender.
Cool, cut into strips.
Quail eggs cut into two pieces (chicken into 3-4 parts).
Cherry tomatoes cut into two parts (the usual tomatoes - 4-5 pieces).
Prepare filling.
Mix oil, vinegar.
Add the mustard and mix.
Add squeezed through chesnokodavku garlic, stir.
Season with salt and pepper.
Lettuce break hands.
Mix the lettuce and meat.
Add dressing and mix.
On a plate put lettuce and meat.
And put the tomatoes and eggs.
If necessary, a little salt.
