Quail marinated in tomatoes and onions

Very tasty, tender, juicy quail.

Ingredients

- 4 quail
- 500 g tomatoes
- 300 g onions
- 7-10 sprigs of thyme
- salt
- pepper
Preparation
Quail are cut from the breast.
Chop onion rings.
Tomatoes cut into pieces.
Stir the onions and tomatoes to tomatoes and let the juice.
Add the thyme.
Season with salt and pepper.
Quail add to tomatoes and onions, stir.
Refrigerate for 4-6 hours.
On the grill put the quails, onions and tomatoes.
Grill over hot coals until Golden brown (about 5-10 minutes).
