Finely chop the onion.

Potatoes are clean, grate carrots for Korean or cut into fine strips.
Fry potatoes in a large amount of vegetable oil.
To potatoes do not stick together, I recommend roasting it in small portions.
Cucumbers cut into strips.
Separate the whites from the yolks.
Proteins grate.
Finely chopped greens.
Mix potatoes (leave some potatoes for decoration), cucumber, fillet, proteins, onion, salt to taste.
