Ingredients

- 300 g chicken fillet
- 3 eggs
- 400 g potatoes
- 300 g carrots
- 200 g pickled mushrooms
- leek or onion
- salt
- mayonnaise
Preparation
Potatoes and carrots boil until tender.
Cool, clean.
Chicken boil until cooked (boil for about 20 minutes after boiling).
Potatoes to grate.
Carrots to grate.
Fillets finely chopped.
Eggs to grate.
Mushrooms are finely chopped.
Onion cut into half rings.
If You are using onions, it must be finely chopped, pour boiling water for 10 minutes, then drain the water.
At the bottom of the dish (I used a plate diameter of 25 cm) put the potatoes, a little salt, grease with mayonnaise.
The potatoes put the mushrooms, grease with mayonnaise.
To put mushrooms carrots, grease with mayonnaise.
On the carrot put the fillets, a little salt, grease with mayonnaise.
On fillet put the onions.
The bow lay eggs, a little salt.
