Salad "Tiger"

I bring to your attention a salad, which I hope you will be making a New Year's Eve.
Thus it is possible to decorate a completely any salad.
Ingredients

- 400 g potatoes
- 200 g of sausage (I used boiled)
- 200 g of cucumber (fresh or pickled)
- leeks or onions 150 g
- 3 eggs
- 400 g of carrots
- mayonnaise
- salt
- pepper
for decoration:
- olives (or prunes, black caviar)
Preparation
Boil the potatoes and carrots until tender.
Cool, clean.
Potatoes grate.
Cut sausage into small cubes.
Cucumbers cut into small cubes.
Mince the onion (onion cut into cubes, pour boiling water, leave for 15 minutes, then rinse in cold water).
Eggs grate (protein from one egg to leave for decoration).
Carrots grate.
At the bottom of a flat dish put the potatoes, a little salt and pepper, to shape tiger head.
Spread with mayonnaise.
Potato sausage lay, spread with mayonnaise.
Sausage put cucumbers (cucumbers little salt), spread with mayonnaise.
Cucumbers put onions.
On the bow lay eggs, mayonnaise.
Lay eggs carrots.
Finely chop the olives 6-7.
Of protein to make eyes and cheeks.
Olive nose and eyelashes.
Cucumber - pupils.
Sausage - mouth.
Of chopped olives to lay strips.
Whiskers can be made from the white part of leeks.
