For the filling you can use any salad, which will be combined with caviar.
Instead of black caviar, you can use chopped olives.

Ingredients
- 10-12 tartlets
- 200 g salted salmon (or trout, salmon)
- 150 g cucumber (or avocado)
- 2 eggs
- red caviar
- black caviar (I used eggs from sea algae)
- carrots for decoration
Preparation
Salmon finely chopped.
Eggs (one protein to leave for decoration) finely chopped.
Cucumbers cut into small cubes.
Mix salmon, egg, cucumbers.
I did not call the shots, as the salmon is quite fat.
But if You use a different filling - can be mayonnaise.
Put the filling in tarts.
For the filling put the caviar.
For red-haired kitten to make the ears and the tongue of raw carrots, eyes and cheeks of protein, pupils from cucumber.
Nose of black caviar.
