- 150g salted salmon (or trout, pink salmon)
- mayonnaise
- parsley (or any herbs to taste)
Preparation
Eggs cut into two parts.
Remove yolks.
Yolks grind.
Finely chopped greens.
Mix the egg yolks and greens.
Add mayonnaise and mix.
The resulting mass of stuff the halves of the eggs.
Salmon cut into thin strips.
Strip twist rolls.
