Salmon in a creamy caviar sauce

Ingredients

- 600 g salmon (or trout, pink salmon)
- 2 lime or lemon
- salt
- pepper
Sauce:
- 100 g of red caviar
- 300 ml of 15-20% cream
Preparation
Lime cut into thin slices.
In foil, put the pieces of salmon, salt and pepper.
On salmon lay 2-3 slices of lime.
Foil wrap.
Put in a baking dish.
Put in the oven.
Bake at 180 � C for 25-30 minutes.
