Salmon in coconut milk

Amazing fish!
Tender, juicy and very flavorful!
Recipe advise not to change anything, just use coconut milk (sold in supermarkets).
The amount of said ingredients is obtained 3-4 servings.

Ingredients

- 1 kg of salmon steaks
- 400 ml of coconut milk
- 1 tbsp coconut
- 1 tsp ground ginger
- small chili pepper
- juice of half a lime (or lemon)
- green onions
- salt
- pepper
Preparation
Finely chop the onion.
Chile remove seeds, cut into small pieces (you can only use half of Chile).
In a frying pan pour the milk,
Add chilli, ginger, coconut.
Stir.
Put salmon.
Season with salt and pepper.
Cover with a lid.
Simmer about 5 minutes.
Flip.
Cover with a lid.
Simmer for about 5 minutes.
Add the onion and simmer for about 1 minute.
When serving sprinkle with lime juice (or lemon).
