Strawberry cake with almond petals (or coconut flakes)

Thin, delicate dough, fragrant, juicy filling.
Instead of strawberries, you can use a cherry.

Ingredients

- 50 g butter or margarine
- 50 g sugar
- 1 tsp. of vanilla sugar
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp. baking powder (or 1 teaspoon of hydrated soda)
- 150-200 g flour
also:
- 600 g strawberries (or any berries to taste)
- 50 g almond petals (or coconut flakes)
Preparation
Oil to mix with sugar and vanilla sugar.
Add the egg, stir.
Add baking powder and flour, knead the dough.
Form (I used a form with a diameter of 27 cm and height 3 cm) oil, or cover with baking paper, put the dough, to make bumpers.
For the dough put the baking paper.
Pour the peas or beans, smooth (this is to ensure that the dough is evenly cooked and the crust is not deformed).
Place in a preheated 180 degree oven, bake for 20 minutes.
If You are using frozen berries, it should be defrosted, let the liquid drain out.
Berry cut into small pieces.
On hot cake put the berry.
Put in the oven for another 15-20 minutes.
The finished pie sprinkle with almond petals (or coconut flakes).
