Ingredients

- 3 legs
- coconut
- 2 eggs
- salt
- pepper
- vegetable fat
Preparation
Chicken legs with salt and pepper.
Leave on for 30 minutes.
Eggs slightly beaten.
Roll the chicken legs in the egg.
After that, roll in coconut flakes.
Fry in vegetable oil over medium heat.
Fry for 5-7 minutes on each side, without cover.
Then cover with a lid, fry for about 20-25 minutes.
