Chicken fillet fried with Brussels sprouts

Ingredients

- 500 g chicken (or turkey breast)
- 400 g of Brussels sprouts (or cauliflower, broccoli)
- 200 g onion
- 200 g of carrots
- salt
- pepper
- vegetable fat
Preparation
Finely chop the onion.
Carrots grate on medium grater.
Fillets cut into small pieces.
Fry the onion in vegetable oil.
Add carrots, fry a little.
Add fillets, a little salt and pepper, cook over medium heat for 20-25 minutes.
Brussels sprouts put in boiling salted water, cook for 10 minutes after boiling.
Then add the cabbage to the fillet, stir fry for 5 minutes.
