Brussels sprouts with meatballs

Ingredients

- 500g minced
- 400 g of Brussels sprouts
- 150 g of carrots
- 150 g onion
- salt
- pepper
- vegetable fat
Preparation
Mince the onion.
Carrots grate on medium grater.
Minced salt and pepper, mix well.
Form small meatballs.
In vegetable oil fry the onion.
Add carrots, fry a little.
Add the meatballs and fry for about 20 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Brussels sprouts dipped in boiling salted water, cook for 10-15 minutes.
Add to cabbage meatballs, stir fry for another 5 minutes.
