Soup with meatballs and spinach

Very tasty, healthy, bright soup.

Ingredients

- 500 g minced meat
- 2 tbsp sesame seeds
- 700 g potatoes
- 200 g broccoli
- 200 g sweet pepper
- 100 g of spinach
- 150 g carrots
- leek (or 150 g onions)
- salt
- pepper
- vegetable oil
Preparation
Finely chop the onion.
Carrots to grate on medium grater.
Pepper remove seeds, cut into cubes.
Broccoli cut or divide into florets.
Spinach chopped.
Potato peel, cut into cubes.
Add to the minced sesame seeds, stir.
Blind meatballs.
In a saucepan, vegetable oil, saut the onion.
Add the carrots and fry.
Add the pepper, stir.
Cover with water.
Bring to a boil.
Add the potatoes.
Bring to a boil.
Add meatballs, salt and pepper.
Cook for 10 minutes.
Add broccoli and cook for 7-10 minutes.
Add spinach, stir, remove from heat.
